  Overall not the worst experience. My entree came right on top of my salad.. but it was still quite good! I tried a bourbon and berries drink and it was love at first sight.

  The atmosphere is great and the service is always very good. I eat here all the time and never have any kind of problems with service or with my meal. it's always great!!

  When I moved here in 2010, this location was amazing! But over the last six years, it has gone downhill fast.
  
  They used to have huge portions, but now they do not, AND the price went up. The adult chicken tender basket fits on a small saucer, as does the expensive honey bacon Mac and cheese. They started using cheap meat, and their tea always tastes a week old.
  
  Wait staff are never around. They're always in the back or on their phones, and will flat out ignore you even if you walk up and rattle empty glasses at them in frustration. Better drink that week-old tea slowly because you sure aren't getting a refill! Do note that there is a FANTASTIC black male waiter there that defies this and is excellent, he is by far the only reason I've returned in the last year at all. His name escapes me at the moment. If I remember it I will add it.
  
  Oh, and the place is always filthy. There's food on the floor, spilled drinks on tables, and more. I'm surprised the health department doesn't shut this place down. It always smells faintly of cigarettes, despite smoking in Restaurants being banned in Spartanburg County.
  
  They also block off tables and seat everyone butt to groin now, to avoid cleaning more of the restaurant. Everyone is sat in order of arrival at the table nearest all other guests.
  
  My only other positive note is that the blond bartender is fantastic, I tip her well. She is really sweet and will even suggest new drinks to you if you ask. At 22, she has helped me expand my tastes.
  
  TL;DR The place is terrible but the bar is okay.
