Both times I have visited this particular Firehouse my orders have gone horribly wrong.
The first time I placed an online order (which apparently the receive via fax for some strange, outdated reason) and after arriving at the specified time they claimed they did not have the order...Well, apparently they didn't have any paper in the fax machine and it never printed the order.
The second time I went I called in (because you can't trust the online order system they use) and they took my order. Almost every drink in their coke freestyle machine was out, mostly leaving just flavored Sprite and waters. They also got the order wrong on 2/3 subs.
I definitely won't be visiting this Firehouse again.November 12, 2016
